5 tips to start living right now

In my life I have such exhilarating experiences, but I never can't really feel the present moment. For example - when I've finally visited beautiful Rome one day, it was magical, but all I could do, was planing how to see everything what I wanted to see in few days and then I started to be so nervous about it and didn't enjoy the time there at all. Do you have it same sometimes? These days I'm trying to finally learn how to live in the moment. How to do it?
First let me tell you short story. As you maybe know, few weeks ago I've visited Valencia with my sister. We randomly walked into park in the city center and wanted to take a photo of us. One guy just spontaneously stopped and ask us if we would like to take a photo. Then we started to talk with Jona (it's his name) and didn't stoped talking for 4 days 😅. We spend whole trip only walking, swimming and talking. With Jona and my sister we discuss about life. That really help me to realize how lucky I'm, that everyday I can wake up and completely change my life. Also we discuss about living in the present. Jona read book The power of now and it changed his life completely. He've been traveled a lot, don't plan anything too much and he accept everything whatever present moment brings him. I really believe that life takes you, where you need to be and I slowly start to learn that it's impossible to plan every seconds of my life. Meeting Jona change my view of life and can finally feel the pure happiness about living in the present moment.
There are 5 tips how to start living in the present now:
Stop!
Where are you? Doesn't matter if you are now in the cafe, co-working space or in your apartment. Stop whatever you doing and start to observe the present. Can you feel the life?
Let it go
One thing you can be sure - sooner or later you will get hurt. We all have scarfs and should remember it, but why still live in the past, when all you have is present. Everything what happens - happens now. Past is just memories, but when you still thinking about it, you'll have emotional reaction and that can be sneaky. You'll start healing when you just let things go.
Don't worry
Lots of people are still scared that they'll lose something, someone or themselves and the anxiety stop them to live in the moment. They think only in future. Try to accept the future will bring the worse story or not tomorrow. You can't control it at all. Just focus on your present.
Avoid addiction
Are you addict to cookies, girlfriend, computer? Try to stop it. If it's too hard, find someone who can help you with it. Addiction holds you back from changing your life.
Start over
Every morning you can get up and start over. Isn't it awesome?
