As always with my travels it was pretty spontaneous decision to go to Valencia. My sis just went there for a business trip, so we thought why not to fly there few days sooner and explore Valencia? To be honest, I didn't expect so much from it, but it surprised me a lot and we had like the best time ever. So do you want to know why you should go to Valencia? I'm giving you 5 reasons why :)
Ok, this is really easy one, but guys fall is definitely there. To be completely honest with you, I don't like this season so much. Yes, maybe there are colorful leaves, but when the sun goes down and say goodbye for 6 months, I don't feel ready for it. So why don't go to place, where summer is still on?
Park as a city centre
Yes, it's true! In the centre of the city is huge park with beautiful palms, flowers and other amazing plants. You can walk there for hours, or just sit there talk or read a book.
Endless beaches
You can go to the city beach, or take bus n. 25 and go to peaceful beach. It's pretty amazing to chilling there for hours :)
Futurism
The future is now. Especially with the Valencia's architecture. You can see the modern style everywhere around the city, but when you should visit only one place - go to Art & Science park and you will never believe, what they build. Then you should go there also during the night, because then you can see the reflection and I swear you will start to believe that Star Wars is reality. My sister made fun of me, that I was so scared :D
Contagious good mood
Sun, see, park.. It's quite easy to smile there. Local people are very easy going and nice. There are bunch of events happening in the streets. You can get beer, dance or just enjoy the moment, because what else do we have?
